Tip of the Week

This is a great blend for a salt-free recipe of the classic
meat seasoning, and couldnīt be easier.


5 Tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
2 Tablespoons cayenne pepper
2 Tablespoons ground ginger
1 Tablespoon ground cloves

Mix well and store in an airtight container. Sprinkle
on meats and use in pates.
