Tip of the Week

Make your own chorizo! Itīs easy and delicious.
This recipe will make about 1/2 cup, enough to season
2&1/2 lbs. of lean pork sausage.

1/4 cup ground chili pepper, mild or hot, up to you
2 Teaspoons garlic powder
2 Teaspoons onion powder
1&1/2 Teaspoons ground cumin
1 Teaspoon dried oregano
1 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 Teaspoon salt

Mix all ingredients well, and then blend it with:
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup Tequila
and 2&1/2 lbs. lean pork sausage.
