5 Tablespoons paprika
2 Tablespoons granulated garlic
2 Tablespoons dried onion flakes
1&1/2 Teaspoons dried oregano
1&1/2 Teaspoons dried basil
1 Teaspoon cayenne powder
1&1/2 Teaspoons ground black pepper
Mix well. As you can see this is a no-salt recipe,
but salt may be added, of course, for flavoring.
Use for grilling meats, hearty fish such as swordfish,
tuna or salmon, or add to sour cream, yogurt, or mayonnaise
to make a spicy dip for chips or vegetables.
