Three Rules

A few rules that don't change, and make for some
excellent infusions!

1. Always use high quality ingredients.

2. Be sure that everything that comes into contact with
the mixes has been sterilized and is completely dry.

3. Label and date every mix you make, and use everything
within a week of creation, or discard.
