2.5C water
.5C fresh mint-packed
.5C lemon juice
-Boil sugar water for 3 minutes, add mint and cool 1 hour.
-Strain and add lemon juice
-Pour into ice trays and freeze for 4 hours
-Break with fork and freeze 4 more hours
